Dear collegue,
for the up-coming TRVS XIII conference which will be held in the
Munich area in
Freising, Germany we would like to ask you to submit your contribution by
January 12, 2007. The
conference will consist of invited talks, contributed oral presentations and
poster contributions.
Preparation of the 1-Page Abstract:
Please use the attached 2-page sample document (abstract.doc) for your submission. Complete the information on the first page and fill in your scientific contribution on the second page. Please follow the instructions given in the sample document. For simplified file handling please use the following naming rules. The file name should be the second name of the corresponding author. If you are submitting several abstracts, please add a digit after the name. (e.g.: smith2).
Submission of Abstracts:
Please convert the completed 2-page sample document to pdf-format and submit it as an email attachment to: trvsxiii@physik.uni-muenchen.de
Deadline
for Submission of Abstracts: January 12, 2007.
The authors will receive information about acceptance of their
contribution by Feb. 9, 2007
A limited number of Postdeadline Posters will be considered if submitted prior to May 1st, 2007.
